People and agents, working together.

vi·bing /ˈvaɪbɪŋ/: when people and agents work in sync, and the work just flows.

Watch the 60-second tour

Works with Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok and Kimi, or your own self-hosted models.

Vibing in 60 seconds

See it at work.

A dashboard you shape, an assistant that knows what’s waiting, and agents that take the routine steps, with a person deciding what matters.

From request to result.

You set the direction · agents do the work · a person signs it off

✦
You ask, or a routine starts it

Message an agent like a colleague, drop in a file, or let a scheduled routine pick up the work at 7 am.

Can you review this supplier contract?
✦
Agents plan, draft and check each other

The agent reads, drafts and asks a colleague agent to check its work before anything comes to you.

→ asks → Finance analyst
✦
You approve, and it’s delivered

Finished work waits in your Inbox. Approve it, ask for changes, or reject it with a reason. Then it’s filed, sent and recorded.

✦ How the work flows

One supplier contract, from inbox to signed.

A request becomes a thread. Agents read it, ask a colleague to check it, and bring it to you. Nothing leaves until a person says yes.

✦ Agents, in depth

A teammate, not a prompt.

Every agent has a job description, the knowledge and tools you allow, colleagues it checks with, and a history you can roll back.

✦ Routines

Work that starts itself.

Give any agent a schedule. The Reporter prepares your morning brief, Monday and Thursday meeting prep and follow-ups, and every person gets their own summary email in their own time zone.

  • Runs land as finished work in the Inbox, not as reminders.
  • Each person chooses daily or weekly, and the hour.
  • Team leads and admins get a team and an organization view.

✦ Flows

AI judges. Fixed steps write.

A flow is a process on a canvas. Agents read, check and draft. Gates stop for a person. Fixed, tested steps file, record and remind, the same way every time.

Gates

A person approves, or an AI check scores the work and sends it back if it falls short.

Loops

Repeat steps for every row, file or email, drawn as a box on the canvas.

Hand-offs

One flow can start another, or ask an agent to take a step.

A team board with live threads
✦ Threads, records and boards

Everything on the record.

  • Threads. Every request becomes a thread: what was asked, the plan, what each agent did and what is still to come.
  • Records. What agents produce lands in tables you can sort, filter and act on, with a button to start the next flow.
  • Boards. Each person and team gets a Home board of live tiles: approvals, runs, records and the agents they use.

One workspace, every model.

The models your agents think with on one side, the tools they work in on the other, and Vibing keeping them in step.

✦ Usage and cost

Know what every agent costs.

Every model call is recorded and priced, so you can see where the money goes before the invoice does.

  • Break spend down by agent, team, model, flow, thread or person, and drill in.
  • Compare cost, tokens and calls with the previous month, quarter or year.
  • No hard spending caps that stop work midway. We cut waste instead, like smaller models for small jobs.

Got questions?

Common questions

Everything you need to know about vibing.

What is Vibing?

A workspace where your people and AI agents work together. Agents take on routine work across your documents, inboxes and systems, check each other, and bring finished work to a person to approve. Every request is a thread you can follow.

Is it a web app or a desktop app?

Both, with one workspace. Use it in any browser or on your phone, or install the Mac desktop app, which adds the desktop widget: your agents as faces on your screen, with approvals one click away.

Which AI models does it use?

Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok and Kimi, or your own self-hosted models. You choose the model for each agent and job, with a fallback if one is unavailable.

Do you train AI models on our data?

No. Your content is used only to do the work you ask for, and we don’t use it to train any model. We share our list of subprocessors, including the model providers, on request.

How is our data protected?

Each organization’s data is kept apart and checked on every request. Credentials for connected systems are encrypted with Cloud KMS keys that rotate automatically. Sign-in supports two-step verification and your company’s Microsoft account. The Security page has the details.

Can agents act without us?

Only within the limits you set. Anything irreversible or client-bound, such as sending, filing or updating a system, can wait for a person’s approval, and fixed, tested steps do the writing.

Where do notifications show up?

Where you already are. Work that needs you lands in your Inbox in the app and on the desktop widget, and approvals can push to your phone. Results can go by email from your organization’s own sender address, to a teammate, and, once connected, to Slack, Microsoft Teams, a text message or a webhook. Each person can also get one summary email, daily or weekly, in their own time zone.

What tools does it connect to?

Google Workspace and Microsoft 365; Slack, Teams and WhatsApp; meeting notes from Zoom, Teams and Granola; Salesforce and HubSpot; and your own MCP servers. Agents only use the connections you give them.

How do we start?

Book a demo. We pick one real process with you, set up the agents together, and run a pilot on your own work.

Get your team vibing.

A 30-minute demo, then a pilot on one real process. We set up the agents with you.
